Did I need a complete online presence before I could start coaching? Heck no! I went back to what I knew because I didn't have a community to lean on.
Jump forward to 2022, and I've owned my coaching practice for 5 years, brought on two Associate Coaches, and coached hundreds of clients. I only wish I had the knowledge and confidence back then that I have today about what it takes to create and grow a coaching business.
In 2019 (without any knowledge of the impending pandemic), I started Wellspired Co. and thought it would be a small consulting business to help other coaches, and let's just say the rest is history! Since then, we have evolved our mission to empower health and wellness professionals to grow their business skills and professional skills so they can be a fully-booked and highly sought-after practitioner while creating greater impact for our communities that surround them.

These calls are designated time on your calendar each week, where you join a Zoom call, set your intentions on what you want to get done, and then go do it! We utilize the concepts of "body doubling" for these calls, which help increase production and motivation to get to work and stay focused!
If I'm currently in training to become a certified coach, can I join this program?
Yes! You can start your business even before you are certified and begin working on everything we'll be learning together throughout the program. The only small difference is that you may not be ready to announce your business yet, but many of the marketing strategies we'll be teaching you to attract new clients can also be used to book practice sessions needed for your certification!
What are the Co-Working Sessions?
Our bi-monthly co-working sessions are a chance for you to connect with other students and alumni on Zoom who are there to be your sounding board, mini focus group, or work buddies to help you stay focused and get stuff done! Co-working sessions are led by one of our team members (NBC-HWC's and WCBA Alums), who start off each session with an intention setting mindful moment, focus-inspired music, and a timer to help you get up and stretch.
Our students and alumni love the weekly co-working sessions and we know you will, too!
Tell me about the Tech Support Calls
We know tech can be the hardest part of this process, which is why we created this additional resources included in our program, so you can get the answers you need and keep moving on with building your coaching practice.
If you ever get stuck with any tech in your business (which usually doesn't happen because of our detailed tech walkthrough & setup videos), you can schedule a call to meet with one of our team members to help you get unstuck and move on with the good stuff!
Are CEUs available for this program?
Yes! WCBA is an approved continuing education program for the NBHWC for 15 credits (CE-000083-1), and the 4 Monthly Expert Classes are pre-approved for 1 CEU credit each, totaling 19 NBHWC CEU credits. Upon completion of the program and classes, there will be a short survey you are required to complete in order to receive your certificate of completion.z
Plus, when you watch out free training, 5 Steps to Jump-Start Your Wellness Coaching Business (approved for 1 CEU), you can earn a total of 20 CEUs!
What happens if I can't make a live call?
No worries! We know life happens. All of our bi-monthly group coaching sessions are uploaded into the Learning Portal for you to watch the recording while you're in the program. Makeup calls are not available for missed calls.
Are there any other costs to starting my business?
You should plan to be ready to invest in your business when you first get started. You'll need to prepare for costs around registering your business with the state (~$50 one-time) and insurance (~$100 - $400 per year).
Throughout the program, we do our best to provide a couple of options for different systems (some are free, and some have a monthly subscription) depending on the features and the budget you have.
But don't worry, we'll break all of this down during the program, and help you determine what you need to buy now, and what can wait.
How soon can I expect to make a return on my investment?
Every coach is different depending on their goals and commitment to the program. Although we can't make any promises or guarantees on earnings, most students can make back their investment with the first 1-2 clients they work with in their business.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 7 day risk-free guarantee. If for any reason you decide in the first 7 days that the program isn't right for you, simply email us at [email protected], and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests after 7 days up to 30 days will receive a 75% refund, less a $250 admin fee. No refunds will be granted after 30 days.
